Passive probes P2220, P2221
Passive probes P2220 and P2221 at 200 MHz allow you to select attenuation with a factor of 1x or 10x using the switch on the probe head.

The P2220 is compatible with the TDS200, TDS1000, TDS1000B, TDS2000, TDS2000B, and TPS2000 Series Oscilloscopes. The P2220 probe also provides the ability to measure in isolation from ground circuits at voltages up to 30 Vs. sq. Only with the TPS2000 Series Oscilloscopes. (Note: Do not use this probe in isolation mode from ground circuits with oscilloscopes of the TDS2000, TDS2000B, TDS1000, TDS1000B, or TDS200 series). The P2221 is compatible with the MSO2000 and DPO2000 Series Oscilloscopes.
